Ethics Director

The Ethics Board is an independent City body established by the City Charter and the City Code. The Board is responsible for administering and enforcing the Baltimore City Public Ethics Law (“Ethics Law”) through broad administrative, oversight, investigatory, and quasi-judicial functions. The Baltimore City Inspector General is the ex officio Executive Director of the Board. The Director of the Baltimore City Board of Ethics (“Ethics Board”) serves as the Baltimore City Inspector General’s (“IG”) designee to oversee and administer all of the Ethics Board’s day-to-day activities and responsibilities. Executive Assistant

The OIG Executive Assistant will assist the OIG Executive Director in the management of operational activities. Conducts standard studies and analyses of operations, programs, organizations, and procedures. Prepares standard final reports, recommendations, and other informational resources for the improvement of an organizational element or its program. Liaises with the program and other internal or external persons to maintain communication channels. Collects compiles and organizes standard data pertinent to various ongoing studies. Conducts standard studies and analyses of work processes and systems. Consults with management on policies, trends, and interpretation of operational needs.
